PFL2 (Programme de français langue seconde)

PFL2 is designed for federal and provincial government employees, but is open to all those who seek language training focused on public service.

This language training program comprises 40 communicative objectives. Offered at the Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface, the PFL2 includes beginner, intermediate and advanced courses, using a communicative teaching approach. Three sessions are offered per year, in fall, winter and spring. Registrations are accepted by the Winnipeg office of the Canada school of Public service (CSPS).
