Le Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface

The Division de l'éducation permanente (Continuing Education Division) is part of the first university established in Western Canada, the Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface, incorporated in 1871. Only a few minutes from downtown Winnipeg, the Collège is located in the heart of Old St. Boniface, at 200 avenue de la Cathédrale.

In 1964, the Collège de Saint-Boniface started teaching French as a second language to adults. During the summer of 1977, it became part of the national network of schools offering intensive French courses, and formally established its adult education sector. A modest beginning that paved the way for a promising future…

Today, the Continuing Education Division combines the pursuit of excellence with the joy of learning. It is committed to promoting the French language, central to its very existence, while recognizing and valuing cultural diversity. The Continuing Education Division's qualified and dedicated staff offer an impressive range of courses attracting students of all ages.
