Registration
We recommend registering as early as possible since some courses are limited in size.

Registration in person
Students may register at the Registrar's Office between 8:30 a.m. and
4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash, cheque and money order.

Registration by mail
Students may also fill out the registration form and mail it to the Registrar's Office, along with a cheque or a money order or by providing their MasterCard or Visa number.

Registration by telephone
It is also possible to register by telephone at 204-233-0210 or at 1-888-233-5112 (toll free). We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Registration by fax
Registrations are accepted by fax at 204-235-4489. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Online registration
Online registration is possible in some programs by filling in the registration form available in the DEP Website.

Registration by deposit box
Registration forms, cheques and money orders can be dropped off in the deposit box located near the Aulneau Street entrance. Please note that the Collège declines any responsibility for loss of cash payments deposited in the box.

NSF Cheques (Non-sufficient Funds)
Any student who tenders a cheque not honoured by the financial institution will be assessed a fee of $30.

Refund policy
The Collège retains an administration fee plus GST on all registration fee refunds, unless the course has been cancelled. The Collège issues refunds by cheque only. All refunds must be approved by the director of the Continuing Education Division. Please allow up to four weeks for refunds.

Course cancellation
The Continuing Education Division reserves the right to cancel courses and programs where enrolment is insufficient.

Certificates and letters
Upon successful completion of a course or program, all students who have met the course requirements receive a letter or certificate.

Library access
A library access card is available upon request.

Purchase of textbooks
Certain courses and programs require the purchase of a textbook. Depending on the course, the cost of the textbook may be included in the registration fee. Please note that textbooks are always available at the Continuing Education Division (room 1411) during office hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking
There is free parking in the Collège's parking lot after 5 p.m on weekdays and on weekends. Parking for daytime classes can be booked with the Finance Department by calling 204-233-0210, extension 309.
